Welcome to (𝐮𝐧)𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 by me, David Stark. I am a General Partner at Ground Up Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm with a strong thesis around the future of the built environment.

Each issue will consist of a brief profile of a single startup that is helping real estate firms succeed and a description of how real estate operators benefit from working with them. Issues will hit your inbox once a week, on either Monday or Wednesday.

The primary audience for this newsletter is real estate professionals who are interested in learning about business-to-business (b2b) startups that are addressing key pains and opportunities within the real estate sector. I also think that operators selling into this industry, venture capitalists and general startup enthusiasts will find this newsletter to be valuable despite not being the intended target.
